Founded in 1909 by Peter Christian
Richard as a hardware store in Bensonhurst,
Brooklyn N.Y., P.C. Richard & Son has
grown to 65 Superstores serving, New York,
New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.
The P.C. Richard & Son corporate
headquarters, with its Central Distribution
Center, A.J. Richard Learning Center,
TV, Electronics and Appliance Service
Division, are located in Farmingdale, Long
Island, New York, with regional offices and
distribution centers in Carteret, New Jersey,
and Bridgeport, Connecticut.
Celebrating over 101 years in business and
still family-owned and operated, we are now
into the fourth generation of the Richard
family, with two generations still actively
working in the business.
P.C. Richard & Son is known as the

employees delivering a message that goes
far beyond having the lowest price. We
